We start we a clean ledger upon you hiring ADP REALTY INC. We will report monthly with an updated profit and loss statement as to all financial activity which transpired the previous thirty days. This report will cover all funds received on your property and any expenditures which may have occurred. ADP REALTY will NEVER disburse any funds for maintenance expenses or any other expense without you first approving the the line item.
As an added bonus and upon your approval we will determine if the amount your paying in property tax is in line with prevailing rates. We utilize a third party company for this service. This service is free of charge if no reduction in property taxes are approved by the local taxing authority.
