ADP IN-HOUSE COLLECTION ATTORNEY
Eviction laws are the same in Miami, Fort Lauderdale & the Palm Beaches. Our in-house attorney will notice the tenant the day after the grace period has expired. We offer the tenant five days to bring their account balance to zero. If the client remains in default a three day notice is posted on the tenants door. If the account remains in default we will file an eviction suit on day twenty.
HOW DOES EVICTION WORK?
If the tenant fails to pay the rent the day after the default they are suitable to be evicted. Often we can come to an amicable solution with the tenant. If it is not possible to work with the tenant in an amicable fashion our in-house attorney will get to work to bring a swift end to the tenants lease.
